Our Goals

Below are our general goals for our health and fitness!


Carin:
I'd like to...lose an extra 5 pounds in the next 4 months, but am particularly focused on toning my thighs and glutes and strengthening my core.

I need to...eat better and meditate more. Meditation is great for my mental and physical health, and I have a lot of digestion problems that I need to get under control.

I want to be able to...run for 15 minutes without stopping to breathe/walk. Running has always been really hard for me, both because my lungs were weak and because I had little will power.
